We use fire proof cabinets that meet the strict standards required by most insurance companies (VDMA 24991 certificate S 120 DIS)
The physical security is backed up by a remotely monitored alarm, CCTV, night security and the sheer strength of the cabinet (designed in the event of fire to withstand building collapse).
We can provide a delivery and collection service to suit you, with one driver looking after your account and any combination of daily or weekly collections based on the tape rotation you need. Tapes are transported to and from our warehouse in military style water and crush proof cases. Tapes are never left on a van over night.
If you need long term storage of important files or a daily rotation of tapes we can tailor a competitive proposal to suit.
Our Operations Manager comes from a background in IT and we fully understand how a business can grind to a costly halt when servers go down. In the event of an emergency we will endeavour to return your tapes to you within two hours, often quicker.
